You do need a certified qualification and may also require a licence depending on where you are situated.
You may work from your home or go to your client’s home or office, bearing in mind that your business practice must be professional at all times.
An advantage of this job is that your working times are flexible so that you can maintain a good work/life balance.
You also need good time-management skills, lots of energy and a friendly attitude towards your clientele.
Your choice of therapy varies from skin care and makeup, to hairstyling, hair removal, manicures and pedicures.
It is imperative to have the relevant qualification in one or more of these fields.
