IN THIS LESSON

If you are good at cooking food in bulk and you are good at making food that freezes well…

…you can sell home-cooked pre-made meals.

Local street food meets immediate needs and is generally affordable for the local population.
Cold and hot beverages and snacks are ideal for this type of business.
Try making a speciality food that you enjoy making, something like hamburgers or bunny chows.
If you have a good truck, you can have a small food preparation station for a mobile eatery, without the burden of paying rent and then your mobile kitchen can be taken to various sports and school events, and also to corporate establishments where the staff can purchase their lunches.

Think carefully about how you will package your food and consider the environmental factor – board boxes may be the best way to go.
